CASIT Business Office

The CASIT Business Office is committed to providing quality administrative assistance to faculty, staff, and graduate employees employed in departments and programs within the College of Arts and Sciences. The Business Office administers the CAS New Faculty & Computer Replacement Programs. Additionally, the Business Office assists employees and departments with:

  • Technology Purchasing
  • Accounting/Billing for Distance Education/SSIL
  • Service Level Agreement creation and billing

Computer Purchasing

CASIT offers purchasing services to help departments and programs find the computer and IT equipment they need. Below are a few specs we would suggest for new computer purchase.  We also have a CASIT Shop for your browsing convenience.

New Faculty Technology Subsidy

CASIT offers a startup to eligible New Faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences.  Please submit your request on our New Faculty page to determine eligibility.

CAS Computer Replacement Program (CCRP)

CASIT manages the CAS Computer Replacement Program (CCRP) to help subsidize the cost of replacing computers every four years.  Please see our CCRP Policy page for more information.

Service Level Agreements

CASIT offers a variety of services and the Business Office is happy to help setup agreements to meet the needs of any department on campus.  We recommend getting a preview of our services by using our Service Catalog.
