CASIT Help Desk Closed For Cleaning – Friday, September 20

During this closure we will continue to provide limited phone support, but our response to requests and incidents will be limited to emergencies only. Non-emergency requests and calls will be assigned a ticket to be addressed as soon as possible, starting the next business day.

As usual, requests are prioritized by both urgency and order of submission.
