CASIT Help Desk Service Delays

Between Monday, October 28th and Friday, November 8th, the University of OregonĀ is transitioning CASIT-supported Exchange accounts to the new cloud-based Exchange service, UOmail.

As a result of this transition, we are experiencing a higher-than-averageĀ number of related support requests. To mitigate this, CASIT will be prioritizing UOmail transition support over our regular services. Routine support requests will be delayed until our transition is complete, November 8th.
