How to clear your Java cache (Windows)
This article is designed to guide users through clearing the Java cache on their machines. This action is typically done when Banner will not load correctly.
The process described below is for Windows 7 and 10 users.
Click on the Start Menu, select the Control Panel.
Then click on Java (32-bit)
Note: Even if your machine is running a 64-bit version of Windows 7, it will still say 32-bit.
Then under Temporary Internet Files, click Settings…
Then click on Delete Files…,
Then click OK.
Note: When clearing cache due to Banner updates, be sure to also select Installed Applications and Applets.
Once the above window closes, you may close out of the Java settings.
