Current Bug: Formidable Form Actions to Email
Note: According to news received Monday, November 18th, the form submission email validator tool from CampusPress has been recalibrated to the campus spam filter which should now allow for email notifications again.
If the issue is not resolved for you, please submit a ticket and review the article below. Thank you.
The Formidable form building plugin has a known bug where email notifications that are generated upon form submissions are not being sent to designated email addresses as designed. This is affecting websites that are hosted by the UO Blogs WordPress service and there is currently one workaround.
The CASIT Help Desk has submitted a request to the Information Services Technology Service Desk, who, in turn, has submitted a bug report to CampusPress, the UO Blogs service provider, to have Formidable evaluated for any anomaly that is causing this issue.
A known workaround
Formidable will still track entries to forms despite not having an email notification being sent out. In order to find these entries, sign-in to your website, hover over the Formidable menu option then click on Entries. The default view will show you all entries to all forms.
You can also select the –View all forms- drop-down menu at the top of the table to filter entries by the form on which they were submitted. Select the specific form and click Filter to proceed.
