    The person who came to our office was very professional and personable, plus [they were] efficient and competent in the job done! One thing, we weren't told what time [they] would be coming so no one was here with a key to open the conference room door for [them]. No problem but as [they were] going to get a key, our staff had arrived and opened the door for him. A notification of expected service might be something to add to your service.
