    [CASIT Tech] was very friendly and helpful. [They] did a great job of making sure all my questions/concerns were resolved during the visit.

    The main task was to install a Turkish language keyboard, which was done fully successfully. [CASIT Tech] provided all information regarding how to use the keyboard. The other request concern uninstalling and re-installing Dropbox. This succeeded except for inability to pin the Dropbox icon on my menu. The pinned icon for some reason did not activate the program, though another tile in the start-up option did do so.

    Seems like this request always dropped in priority because the computer was put back on display but was not setup for a week or so. It was a not an urgent request however a communication on priority or asking us for assistance could have been done to help move the request along.
