    The CAS-IT staff, especially [CASIT Tech], were terrific. They explained everything well and were always happy to help. The UO Bookstore staff took far longer working on my laptop -- they had estimated two weeks, and had it for nearly 5 weeks -- and in the end said that they couldn't fix the problem. So the Bookstore staff took a long time, but the CAS-IT staff were always right there, prompt, hapy to help out, and very knowledgeable.

    [CASIT Tech] did an amazing job at setting up my surplus machine and doing the manual migration. When I noticed that one of the folders I use to communication with office managers had disappeared, [they] managed to locate and restore the old permissions for this folder. As always, [they] did a great job.
