    [CASIT Tech 01] was the original responder and [they were] very prompt aware of my time and really got things going. Unfortunately the project ended up bigger than anticipated and [CASIT Tech 02] ended up being sent over. I can not praise [them] enough for both [their] general demeanor which is very comforting, informative and thorough, but also [their] knowledge. I said I didn't need to know or participate in the migrations and [they] just took off running with it and fixed all the quirks. Questions even after [they] left were answered immediately and for the first time in years I am not having trouble with my email. I can not say enough about how grateful and impressed I am with [CASIT Tech 02], as well as everyone who worked with him in our department.

    Thanks for the extra time [CASIT Tech] took to solve some long overdue fixes needed in my email system and iPhone functionality.

    [CASIT Tech] was on time in our meeting and [they] did what I request: to connect my laptop with the printer of the office. Furthermore, [they] check if the audio was working in my computer and also [they] organize the page of may outlook program. [CASIT Tech] did an excellent job in everything and I am grateful for [their] time.

    [CASIT Tech] was very thorough and clear about what he was doing and why. [They were] very helpful for this issue and offered help for future issues as well. For a non-tech oriented person like me, I felt very comfortable interacting with [CASIT Tech] using my limited tech jargon and know-how, but I felt treated respectfully and supported in getting the issue resolved and felt very comfortable asking questions about things that might be basic for [them] but are not for me. Keep up the great work, [CASIT Tech] and CASIT! (I have had very good experienced with CASIT in the past, too, though I didn't fill out a survey. I think [CASIT Tech 2] was the person I interacted with in the past and had a similar supportive and respectful experience.)
