    I borrowed a loaner laptop for my recent trip to China and found this service to be so easy and helpful. I had a prompt response from [CASIT Tech] when I had a minor technical issue while traveling and it was fixed promptly. Thank you!

    [CASIT Tech] was quick, professional, and knowledgable. Really appreciated [their] help. I mentioned this to [them], so it is not a complaint -- just a suggestion for others. When trying to fix something related to Word, please ask first before opening documents. [CASIT Tech] inadvertently opened a confidential document on my computer. [They were] not reading it at all and [they] closed it as soon as I asked [them] to. But perhaps it would be good to start a protocol of asking about which documents it is okay to open when troubleshooting Word. Thank you!
