    [CASIT Tech] was polite and friendly, but [they] did not seem invested in solving our problem. [They] came over and went through the same motions I and a faculty member had gone through and saw for [themselves] the problem I had reported. But once any options here failed, instead of offering to go back and research the problem, [they] just left it as unsolvable or a problem for CTX.

    Everyone was very helpful, professional , and thoughtful when I picked my new computer for Tykeson. I was having some of my programs moved over and your employee made sure I had everything I needed prior to heading out. Thank you! Quick note: it wasn’t an easy place to find and it looked a little bit like a sweatshop in there with no windows. I hope they will be moved to a different location soon!

    [CASIT Tech] was very professional and very helpful. With that said, the issue is not resolved. While we worked on it, [CASIT Tech] was able to partially resolve the issue. However, the same problem has come back. This is not [CASIT Tech]'s fault, it seems to be a very odd problem that doesn't have an obvious solution, and is likely rooted somewhere deep in some saved setting of my Mac that is going to be hard to find. If [CASIT Tech] happens to see this message, it would be great if [They] could keep searching for an answer, as I would appreciate any help possible.

    I really appreciate that not only did [CASIT Tech] set up my computer for me, but [they] also offered to set up servers and printers as well. [They] also showed me how to download some of the software I needed.
